Job summary

Job description

Duration: 24 Months Contract (Possible Extension)
Shift: 1st shift
Hours: minimum 45 hours per week, to be able to support this type of project.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project delivery for the design, construction, and commissioning of a large‑scale animal vaccine manufacturing facility
• Manage capital project budget, schedule, and resources to ensure on‑time and on‑budget execution
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including engineering, operations, quality, validation, and regulatory affairs
• Serve as primary interface with architects, EPC firms, contractors, and equipment suppliers
• Establish and maintain project governance, reporting, and risk management frameworks
• Proven understanding of the capital project lifecycle and FEL process
• Proven ability to influence decision making with executive level stakeholders
• Proven exceptional social and diplomacy skills
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team across a multi‑departmental project with direct and indirect management of functional resources
• Excellent communication and organization skills, with an analytical and problem‑solving mindset
• Documented success with leading capital projects in excess of (USD)100MM
• Proven ability to operate under high‑pressure in a timeline‑constrained environment

Skill Required

• Experience managing large capital projects, including new buildings or building expansions, preferably within pharma or bio industry

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering/construction field (Mechanical, Chemical, Biomedical preferred) or equivalent experience
