Job summary

Clarke County School District is seeking a 21st Century Program Manager in Athens, Georgia to coordinate the 21st Century Community Learning Centers grant program. The position requires a Bachelor’s in Education or related field, a T-4 certification, and at least five years of educational experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
• T-4 certification in a PSC teaching field or higher.
• Leadership certificate preferred.
• Five (5) years’ educational experience.

Responsibilities

• Articulates the program’s vision and goals to staff and community.
• Oversees day-to-day operations of the grant program year-round.
• Monitors timelines for records, reports, and inventories.
• Develops policies and procedures for daily operations.
• Coordinates professional learning and staff development.
• Collaborates with grant evaluators to monitor progress.
• Ensures compliance with GaDOE grant requirements.
• Maintains communication with parents and district staff.
• Assists in recruiting and hiring program staff.
