Job summary

Clarke County School District seeks a 21st Century Program Manager to coordinate the 21st Century Community Learning Centers grant programs. The role ensures compliance, timely reporting to GaDOE, and active collaboration with staff, families, and community leaders.

The position reports to the Director of Federal Programs and will lead professional learning, supervise operations, and maintain program records and communications with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
• T-4 certification in a PSC teaching field or higher.
• Five years of educational experience.
• Ability to schedule activities, meetings, gather data, and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Articulates the program’s vision to staff, administrators, students, families, and community leaders to generate support.
• Monitors and supervises grant implementation and reporting.
• Oversees day-to-day operations of the grant program year-round, including after-hours work.
• Coordinates and facilitates professional learning for program staff.
• Communicates goals and maintains information on district website.
