You will coordinate with engineering teams in a classified IT environment to ensure disciplined, accurate program delivery. Responsibilities include managing master schedules, tracking progress, and delivering concise leadership updates.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of senior program/project management in DoD/IC environments.
• Proficiency with MS Project, MS 365, and technical IT environments.
• Strong scheduling, cost estimation, risk management, and cross-functional coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; PMP certification required.
• Active Top Secret clearance (within 5 years) required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed integrated master schedules using Microsoft Project and M365 tools.
• Coordinate with technical teams to track progress, manage dependencies, and mitigate risks.
• Provide clear, concise updates on milestones, critical path, and delivery status to leadership.
• Prepare and manage cost estimates aligned with schedules and program scope.
• Support risk and requirements boards to ensure timely execution of contract deliverables.

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Program Manager to support a company focused on cybersecurity operations, engineering, and compliance for federal government programs supporting the Department of Energy (DOE). This position is onsite at Washington, DC. The Program Manager will lead scheduling, cost estimation, and execution across a classified IT environment, ensuring precise and efficient program delivery. • Strong expertise in scheduling, cost estimation, risk management, and cross-functional coordination; must be concise and detail-oriented
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; PMP certification required
• Active Top Secret clearance (within 5 years) required

Compensation for the Program Manager include:

• Salary Range: $180,000 - $200,000 depending on experience
