Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions seeks a Program Manager to support a new internal product organization within a regulated aerospace and defense environment. On-site in Mason, OH, you will lead cross-functional efforts from concept through production and help shape long-term product strategy.

You will establish the new product org, coordinate engineering, operations, manufacturing, finance, and supply chain, and own the development lifecycle with visibility into financials and roadmap.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading new product development in a regulated environment.
• Experience with Agile product development methodologies, capacity planning, and program management tools.
• Strong cross-functional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.

• Salary Range: $150,000 - $190,000 depending on experience
