Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Program Manager to support a new internal product organization within a highly regulated aerospace and defense environment. This on-site role is based in Mason, OH and will lead cross-functional teams to drive product development from concept through production.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in regulated environments, strong Agile and capacity planning skills, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading new product development in a regulated environment.
• Experience with Agile product development, capacity planning, and program management tools.
• Strong cross-functional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.

Compensation for the Program Manager include:

• Salary Range: $150,000 - $190,000 depending on experience
• Full Benefits Package: PTO, Paid Holidays, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Sick leave as required by law
