Job summary

The Connection in Hartford, CT is seeking a Program Manager I to lead the REACH program (Re-Entry Assisted Community Housing) in Hartford. The role focuses on program operations, development, and quality assurance, supervising staff and supporting clients to sustain essential services.

You will provide training and assistance to clients and staff, coordinating with Community Justice partners to guide individuals from incarceration back into the community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5 years related experience and supervision.

Job Location: 1010 Wethersfield Ave, Hartford, CT - Hartford, CT, Position Type: Full Time, Education Level: 4 Year Degree, Salary Range: $65000.00 - $65000.00Salary/year, Job Shift: First Shift, Position: Program Manager 1 Program: REACH (Re-Entry Assisted Community Housing) Location: Hartford Salary: $65,000/year Schedule: Full time, 40 hours, 1st shift, Monday-Friday (8-4p) Position Summary: The Program Manager 1 is responsible for program operations, development, and quality assurance. The Program Manager I will provide support, training and assistance to clients and staff to ensure program sustainability. This position is Exempt and works under the supervision of Program Management. Working within Adult Services, the Program Manager 1 within the REACH program works with Community Justice program staff to help to rehabilitate, educate, and successfully guide clients from incarceration back into the community.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree 5 years related experience and supervision Valid Connecticut Driver's License Orientation: If selected for employment with The Connection, newly hired employees will be required to attend a two (2) day mandatory New Hire Orientation at our Roscommon office located in Middletown.
