Job summary

Creation Technologies is seeking an entry-level Program Manager 1 to coordinate basic customer accounts and ensure smooth program execution. The PM1 will align scope with internal capabilities and drive cross-functional collaboration across teams.

The role emphasizes learning lean principles, NPI processes, and building foundational program management skills while mentoring interns and supporting budgeting and forecasting activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in operational or program management roles.
• Foundational understanding of NPI and lean principles.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Teams, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define program scope and customer requirements aligning with capabilities and standards.
• Monitor performance metrics (on-time delivery, quality, responsiveness) and propose improvements.
• Collaborate with CFTs to manage customer deliverables and address issues proactively.
• Contribute to budgeting including revenue and material forecasting and quoting.
• Ensure adherence to customer requirements and quality standards; escalate as needed.

The PM1 focuses on coordinating operational and servicerequirements across cross-functional teams (CFTs) while adhering to organizational processes.
