T. White Parker is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the single point of contact for a task order supporting a federal civilian agency's IT policy oversight, portfolio management, and program management functions. The Program Manager leads task leads and supporting staff across all task areas — IT portfolio management, program and project management support, and strategic portfolio communications — and is accountable to the client's Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) for the overall cost, schedule, and quality of contract performance.

This role requires the ability to build trust with client stakeholders, mentor and direct supporting staff, exercise discretion in escalating risks and issues, and maintain composure and professionalism under deadline pressure.

The role may require occasional standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting of up to 15 pounds, and occasional local travel within the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area for meetings or events.
