The Building People is looking for a Program Manager in Washington, D.C. This role serves as the contract’s primary contact, overseeing a multi-functional team while managing cost and schedule requirements. Candidates should have at least five years of project management experience and be ready to maintain a Public Trust security clearance.

The Program Manager (PM) serves as the primary point of contact between the contractor and the government for all matters relating to contract performance. The PM oversees a multi-functional facilities support team across two government facilities, manages cost, schedule, and deliverable requirements, and drives quality control and staffing plan execution. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role requiring a professional who operates with minimal oversight and brings mature, independent judgment to a diverse and technically demanding operating environment.
