Job summary

InstantServe LLC is seeking a Senior Program Manager to oversee multiple web projects concurrently. You will manage project tracking, requirements, risks, vendors, stakeholders, and reporting to leadership.

You will work with technical and business SMEs to gather requirements, define scope, and help drive vendor SOWs, deliverables, and acceptance criteria. You will monitor risks and support launches and migrations across government/enterprise environments.

Qualifications

Looking for a senior Program Manager to oversee multiple web projects at the same time. The person will manage project tracking, requirements, risks, vendors, stakeholders, and reporting to leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of multiple web/website projects.

Maintain RAID logs, project schedules, milestones, dashboards, and status reports.

Provide regular project updates to leadership.

Work with technical and business SMEs to gather requirements and define project scope.

Help define vendor SOWs, deliverables, acceptance criteria, and project responsibilities.

Track and manage risks, issues, dependencies, milestones, and action items.

Escalate major project issues to leadership.

Monitor project readiness and support website launches and migrations.

Manage multiple stakeholders across government/enterprise environments.

Support the dc.gov website relaunch and CMS migration.
