Job summary

Clark Creative Solutions is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the nationwide Joint Training Readiness Services contract for the National Guard Bureau. You will provide contract leadership, customer engagement, staffing oversight, quality assurance, and strategic direction while interfacing with Government leadership.

The role requires extensive DoD/NGB experience, strong executive communication, and the ability to manage geographically dispersed teams across a remote/hybrid CONUS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 10+ years supporting DoD, National Guard, Joint Staff, or headquarters.
• Minimum 5 years managing government contracts.
• Experience supervising geographically dispersed personnel.
• Experience leading readiness, training, planning, exercise, or operational support efforts.
• Strong executive communication and briefing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall contract leadership and serve as the primary interface with Government leadership.
• Lead execution of nationwide JTRS contract for the National Guard Bureau; guide staffing, QA, and strategic direction.
• Engage with customers, ensure staffing oversight, and maintain quality assurance across the program.

Clark Creative Solutions is seeking highly qualified professionals to support the National Guard Bureau (NGB) Joint Training Readiness Services (JTRS) program. This effort supports Joint Training System (JTS) execution, readiness reporting, exercise planning, mission assessments, and training support activities across the National Guard enterprise.

Location: Remote/Hybrid CONUS with frequent travel to Arlington, VA and other NGB locations.
Clearance: Active Secret Clearance Required; TS/SCI Preferred.

• Former military O-4 through O-6
