Job description

Exigent Services, LLC, a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, is seeking a Program Manager to provide call center oversight. On this program, you will support assistance services for wounded, ill, and injured military personnel and their families throughout the recovery process and transition to veteran status.The Program manager is responsible for implementing, executing, and ensuring the overall program structure meets contract requirements. This position is responsible for operations, staffing and training support, and quality. The PM will coordinate task activities to ensure completion of all tasks across 3 primary locations which may include personnel working remotely.The Program Manager serves as the primary POC between Exigent and the Government.

The Program manager will:

• Effectively and directly communicate with staff.
• Collaborate and share information and data.
• Recommend and assist with overall coordination of care provided to the supported populations. Coordinate all deliverables.
• Provide Monthly Status Reports (MSR) of Call Center and Outreach metrics, staffing and training summaries, and monthly activities.
• Provide Quarterly Reports of Commander's Situation, news stories, upcoming events, and demographic information. Provide Monthly Demographics Report.
• Update and maintain Standard Operating Procedures based on lessons learned, process improvements, and changes to policies/regulations.

The program Manager will have:

• A Master’s degree in management, healthcare administration, psychology, social work, or related field (or 6 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a master's degree).
• A Minimum of 10 years of experience managing government contracts or large healthcare programs.
• Demonstrated understanding of mental health, TBI care, and healthcare system transitions.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Experience coordinating multi-site programs and supporting real-time crisis or support services.
• Familiarity with federal healthcare systems and budget processes.
• Must maintain the highest ethical standards and adhere to all applicable privacy and confidentiality laws.
• Prior military service a plus.
