Role Description

We are looking for a Program Manager to ensure successful and timely execution of technical programs across multiple teams in multiple geo-locations and throughout the full system development life cycle. You can be based anywhere in the US and will report to the Sr. Manager - Program Management.

Location

Remote – this position is 100% Remote anywhere in the US, with travel requirements. Business trips possible, but will not exceed 20% of the time.

Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination & Scheduling: Oversee coordination of complex projects, define activities and resources, estimate efforts, and track progress while adhering to schedules.
  • Project Tracking & Reporting: Monitor project status, track issues, and report on milestones, deliverables, risks, and overall progress.
  • Stakeholder Communication & Issue Management: Facilitate communication with stakeholders, address concerns, and ensure alignment.
  • Program Governance & Best Practices: Maintain program integrity, establish practices, templates, policies, and tools to improve organizational capabilities.
  • End-to-End Project Lifecycle Management: Manage all project phases from demo to deployment, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Independent Project Execution & Collaboration: Manage daily activities, maintain collaboration forums, and track success metrics.
  • Process Standardization & Continuous Improvement: Develop standardized processes for efficiency and scalability.
  • Project Documentation & Compliance: Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to standards and customer requirements.
Qualifications
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in project execution, monitoring, and control
  • Budget tracking and risk management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields
  • Deep knowledge of Project Management and PMI standards
  • Excellent time management and negotiation skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to collaborate with geographically dispersed teams
  • English at an advanced level; additional European language a plus
  • Understanding of networking hardware/software is a plus
  • 2-3 years PM experience in telecom projects or >3 years Service Delivery Management
  • Engineering background in telecom areas preferred
  • Certifications like PMP, PMI, ITIL, Agile, CCNA, CCNP, CCIE are a plus
Travel

Up to 20% travel required.

Pay & Benefits

Estimated salary range: $70,000 - $100,000, based on market, location, and qualifications.
