Job summary

Heart to Heart Residential Services in the United States seeks a skilled supervisor to oversee group home operations, staff, and client care. You will monitor medical charts, coordinate trainings, and ensure timely reporting and ISP compliance.

The role involves attending meetings, liaising with families, and supporting licensing processes while addressing incidents and emergencies as needed. The position emphasizes hands-on leadership and collaborative care.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees the operations of group homes and personnel.
  • Reviews and monitors program data collection.
  • Monitors all client medical charts.
  • Escalated Staff supervision
  • Conduct annual trainings ensure trainings are up to date;
  • Attends staff meeting, providing input and ideas;
  • Maintains communication with family and friends of clients;
  • Complete quarterly report and annual ISP’s (uploading in WAMS) in a timely manner;
  • Attend annual ISP meetings;
  • Attends HSAG meetings/ensure compliance and completes compliance reports;
  • Attends prescribed training for programs, DBHDS training also;
  • Attends applicant interviews and performance evaluations;
  • Attend intake meetings;
  • Responds to emergency situations as needed;
  • Performs related duties as assigned;
  • Participates in Licensing review.
  • Addresses allegations in Chris;
  • Acts as liaison, advocate, and coordinator for individuals;
  • Monitor staff performance management, including evaluations and developmental plans, disciplinary actions, etc., for all program staff as scheduled.
  • Supervise staff training and development through teaching, acting as a role model and guiding staff on how to appropriately work with and interact with consumers, other staff, families, and guardians.
  • Orientation of new employees;(DSP Training)
  • Present and implement all agency policies and procedures.
  • Participate in the interviewing and hiring of new staff.
  • Inform supervisor as needed about pertinent issues.
  • Attend/chair as needed manager, supervisory and staff meetings; ensure dissemination of all information to staff and others.
  • Participate in meetings with case managers, assessing potential new clients, client admissions, and SIS;

STATUS:WORK SCHEDULE: 32-40 hours a week
