$65.00/hr - $74.00/hr

Position: Program Manager

Location: Remote

Contract Length: 12 months with potential for extension

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and partner with teams to create customized career expectations, ensuring alignment with company standards.
  • Identify opportunities for program improvements and refine content for clarity and effectiveness.
  • Support research projects for Career Growth Narrative, draft content, organize focus groups, and document insights.
  • Provide consultative support for process improvements, including SWE coding interview modernization, legal reviews, and external coordination for new trainings.
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as meeting scheduling, note-taking, and data entry for various career programs.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and consultative skills
  • Excellent project and time management, with the ability to manage multiple work streams
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and pivot strategies as needed
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite or Google Workspace

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience in HR programs or structured interviews
  • Familiarity with larger company environments

Typical Day-to-Day:

  • Attending meetings, taking notes, and creating program materials like slides, docs, and readouts
  • Collaborating with teams to identify career expectation needs and refine content
  • Engaging with legal teams for privacy reviews and supporting structured interview changes
  • Providing thought partnership and some administrative tasks to support program workflows

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/education.
  • At least 4 years of experience in a program management role, preferably within HR
