Summary: We are looking for a Program Manager that will work remotely in the US. Prior background with banking and financial systems experience is required for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of developers, QA's, BAs
• Prepare business and delivery performance reports
• Meet with client senior leadership IT to report progress and solicit feedback / requirements
• Collaborate with client business leadership to identify program needs around roadmap planning, etc.
• Create and maintain Product Backlogs
• Direct teams to plan and develop according to the backlog
• Create user stories and acceptance criteria

Required Qualifications:

• Certified SAFe Agile coach
• Minimum of 8+ years of total Program Management experience
• 5+ years with the following:
• Business Analysis
• Program Management
• On/Offshore Team Launching
• Business Process Improvement and Documentation
• Release Management
• JIRA, Confluence
• Agile coaching
• Roadmap and backlog planning

The base salary range for this position is $142,376 - 213,564, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, employee assistance, 401(k), paid time off, holidays, and paid learning days. The application deadline is May 8th.
