Job summary

Ultradent Products Inc. is seeking a Machine Mechanic to support our Utah facility. You will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, performing preventive maintenance, monitoring equipment, and ensuring quality throughput.

The role requires strong electrical and mechanical experience, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams while maintaining safety standards and accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Work as a team member in production by ensuring equipment maintains quality standards and expected throughput
• Must be able to work in cross-functional teams on assigned projects
• Perform established and required preventive maintenance to all equipment and keep necessary records
• Observe machine operations, control boards, and gauges to detect malfunctions
• Troubleshoots and problem solves equipment problems
• Observes flow of materials to ensure proper functioning of equipment and processes
• Ensures compliance with safety standards
• Complete and maintain proper equipment documentation and complete reports as require.
• Properly document quality documentation as required by process
• Other duties as assigned by management

Experience

• Experience in implementing continuous improvement methodologies a plus (Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, TPM, TOC, SMED, etc.)


• Experience with manufacturing equipment preferred

Education and Experience Required

• Candidates should MUST have prior machine mechanic experience


• Must be 18 years of age or older


• Any technical certifications a plus
