The role:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Applications - Portfolio Manager to oversee our IT Applications Project Management Office (PMO). The ideal candidate will ensure the successful delivery of IT application projects, requiring strong project management, leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills. Experience managing AI applications and audits across IT applications is required. SCRUM certification is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the IT Applications PMO, managing project portfolios and aligning with business objectives.
• Develop and implement PMO processes, standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Ensure project performance, quality, and timeliness.
• Identify, document, and mitigate risks and issues.
• Conduct project reviews and provide updates to senior management.
• Create and deliver executive presentations on project status and risks.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies in project management.
• Utilize Agile methodologies and SCRUM practices.
• Maintain effective communication within the shared service IT PMO environment.
• Engage with stakeholders in a techno-functional capacity.
• Manage audits across IT applications for compliance and efficiency.

Department/Project Description

• The Order to Invoice (O2I) process transformation aims to increase project utilization, billing accuracy, margins, resource optimization, and productivity, using Certinia's PSA module to meet GlobalLogic's business needs.

• Program Management, Delivery Management, PMP, Agile, Scrum Master, CSM, Digital Transformation, Analytics, Data Science, P&L management, SAFE, Agilist, Artificial Intelligence

What you’ll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years in IT project management, especially large-scale application projects.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• SCRUM certification is required.
• Experience with Agile practices.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in a shared service IT PMO environment and with audit management is a plus.
