Base pay range

$60.00/hr - $90.00/hr

Title: Program Manager

Location: Remote US

Duration: Quarterly Extensions

Compensation: $60-90/hr

Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

ABOUT THIS ROLE

Our creative Program Managers are strategic creative leaders who work closely with marketers and product teams to plan and manage creative projects. They forecast work, ensure alignment with marketing goals, mitigate issues, and collaborate across functions.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Planning
  • Help prioritize projects with Marketing and Product Leadership based on impact, company objectives, and resources.
  • Influence and understand marketing creative plans, particularly related to in-product experiences for our brands.
  • Proactively identify key problems for marketing and advertising creative plans.
  • Take a broad perspective to problems and identify creative solutions.
  • Effectively lobby and gain support for in-product marketing experiences, creative innovation, and new initiatives.
  • Plan resource needs and coordinate resources across multiple projects.
Partnerships
  • Create strong partnerships with Marketers and Product teams, including Product Design and Management.
  • Foster trusted relationships with creative and production partners.
  • Understand cross-functional partnerships and build relationships with Insights/Analytics, Research, and Media leads.
Program Management
  • Manage creative projects to ensure successful delivery of marketing efforts.
  • Serve as the lead contact for agencies on in-product marketing work.
  • Prioritize competing needs with sound reasoning and creative solutions.
  • Approach problems broadly, providing strategic and creative solutions.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • BA/BS degree or 10+ years experience in a creative agency, production studio, or digital product marketing company.
  • Experience with campaigns involving live action, digital, and animation.
  • Experience working with Marketers and Product teams.
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience with media, research, planning, and analytics disciplines.
  • Experience managing marketing and/or product projects, including creative development and strategic alignment.
  • Proven ability to set priorities, solve problems, and multitask.
