This will be a 100% remote schedule.

About The Role

Seeking a Program Manager with experience in leading complex, strategic programs end-to-end, including Agile project management, product launch management, change management, and organizational dynamics, to join PayPal's Marketing Domain Platforms. Experience with Marketing Technology Transformation Programs involving Adobe or Salesforce is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage large, complex programs to achieve business goals, ensuring timely delivery and resource efficiency.
• Partner with leadership to define program vision, benefits, KPIs aligned with company goals.
• Coordinate work across multiple teams, define interdependencies, and release plans.
• Work with Product Owners and Development teams to align on vision, goals, and timelines, addressing resourcing challenges.
• Resolve program issues, facilitate escalations, and manage change at the program level.
• Monitor program health, track status, risks, issues, and dependencies; address impediments and roadblocks.
• Manage communications with stakeholders, lead reviews, and update on progress.
• Promote agile practices across teams, facilitate retrospectives, and drive continuous improvement.
• Coach team members and cover key management roles to ensure successful delivery.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in a program manager role.
• Experience managing multiple software/product development teams, Agile experience preferred.
• Proven track record of managing complex technical programs delivering business results.
• Strong cross-organization relationship skills, collaboration across geographies preferred.
• Technical acumen and customer-centric approach.
• Knowledge of project management processes, tools, and techniques.
• Experience with Agile methodologies like Scrum.
• Experience supporting major software implementations with concurrent releases.

Additional Details

This is a contract role with Magnit Global, not eligible for PayPal benefits.

Pay rate range: $51.87/hour - $69.16/hour.
