Capital Technology Group is seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee a large federal program with multiple projects. You will manage program finances, contract performance, and resource planning over $150M, leading cross-functional teams of engineers, analysts and designers.

You will monitor KPIs and report to agency leadership, while mitigating risks and ensuring compliance with federal processes.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years relevant experience, including 5+ years leading large software or Agile programs.
• Active PMP certification.
• Proven management of federal programs valued above $150M.
• Experience working with COs, CORs and agency leadership.
• Strong understanding of federal contracting and budget management.
