Job summary

Capital Group is seeking a Program Manager in its Enterprise Change Office to lead the delivery of large, complex business and technology initiatives. You will influence at the director level and above, leveraging asset management experience to deliver technology-driven change with broad organizational impact.

You will communicate effectively, foster authentic leadership, and mentor teams as you navigate governance, resources, and stakeholders to deliver strategic change across the enterprise.

  • Proven experience independently leading large/complex business and technology initiatives.
  • Asset management experience; experience delivering technology related change with broad impacts.
  • Transformational leader who inspires others to achieve results.

  • Strong strategic and/or operational project delivery experience; adaptable delivery models.

Capital Group’s Enterprise Change Office (ECO) is made up of 140+ dedicated initiative delivery and practice experts that lead initiatives by business domain including Product, Sales and Marketing, Global Business Services, Investment Operations, and Information Technology.

  • You ensure the right solution for the business problem at hand and address challenges at their core.
  • You contribute to the development of products, services, and experiences that disrupt markets, generate value, and positively impact millions of lives.
  • As a Program Manager in ECO, you will drive delivery of large and complex initiatives and will be expected to lead with an influential point of view.
  • Your scope will include a range of projects– inclusive of business, technology and organizational change efforts with a strong focus on technology sponsored initiatives.
  • You will ensure each initiative has clear outcomes, and is setup (e.g. resources, methodology, governance) optimally for success.
  • You will successfully navigate a complex environment with project teams, business partners, leadership, external parties, and other stakeholders to deliver on Capital’s business priorities.
  • You will act as a resource for business contacts regarding initiative delivery and change capabilities and contribute to the development of the Enterprise Change Office.

  • You have had asset management experience; ideally, experience delivering technology related change with broad business / organizational impacts.

  • You’ve had previous success with strategic and/or operational project delivery experience (business strategy, process improvement, change management, etc.), and have the ability to apply and lead flexible delivery models to execute the work.

  • You’ve fine-tuned your communication style to influence a variety of personalities.
  • You are passionate about people development or have a proven track record in people development.

Charlotte Base Salary Range: $153,842-$246,147

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
