Job summary

Cloudious LLC is seeking a Program Manager for a 6‑month onsite contract in Torrance, CA. You will lead multiple programs end‑to‑end, defining strategy, governance, and execution plans aligned with corporate goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple concurrent programs with end‑to‑end ownership.
• Define program strategy, roadmap, governance framework and execution plans.
• Establish program goals, KPIs, success metrics and reporting mechanisms.
• Ensure alignment of program deliverables with organizational objectives.
• Drive program reviews, steering committee meetings and executive governance forums.
• Engage with senior leadership, customers, sponsors and cross‑functional teams.
• Act as escalation point for program risks and issues; build relationships with stakeholders.
• Ensure successful project delivery within scope, schedule, budget and quality targets.
• Own program budgeting, forecasting, revenue tracking and margin management.
• Support contract negotiations, changes, renewals and growth initiatives.
• Establish robust risk management, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead and mentor PMOs and delivery teams; foster high‑performance culture.

Program Portfolio Management

• Lead and manage multiple concurrent projects programs with end-to-end ownership

Financial Commercial Management

• Drive operational excellence and financial governance across programs

Risk Governance

• Establish robust risk management and mitigation frameworks
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies quality standards and audit requirements
• Manage program dependencies and drive timely resolution of critical issues
• Conduct periodic reviews and continuous improvement initiatives

People Leadership

• Lead and mentor Project Managers PMOs and delivery teams
