Job summary

Zuven technologies Inc is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead large-scale, multi-project programs across functions. You will drive strategic initiatives, ensure delivery, manage stakeholder expectations, and align outcomes with business objectives.

The role requires delivering programs within scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets using Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or Waterfall methodologies. You will mentor PMs, manage budgets, and report to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• MBA preferred but not required.
• PM certification (PMP PgMP PRINCE2) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Program Portfolio Management: lead multiple concurrent programs with end-to-end ownership.
• Stakeholder Management: engage with senior leadership, sponsors, and cross-functional teams.
• Delivery Management: ensure execution within scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets.
• Financial Commercial Management: own budgeting, forecasting, revenue tracking and margins.
• Risk Governance: establish risk management and mitigation frameworks; ensure compliance.
• People Leadership: mentor PMs/teams and support hiring, onboarding, and performance.

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead largescale complex programs across multiple projects and business functions The ideal candidate will drive strategic initiatives ensure successful delivery manage stakeholder expectations oversee financials and enable organizational transformation while aligning program outcomes with business objectives

Key Responsibilities

Program Portfolio Management

• Lead and manage multiple concurrent projectsprograms with endtoend ownership
• Define program strategy roadmap governance framework and execution plans
• Establish program goals KPIs success metrics and reporting mechanisms
• Ensure alignment of program deliverables with organizational objectives
• Drive program reviews steering committee meetings and executive governance forums

Stakeholder Management

• Engage with senior leadership customers sponsors and crossfunctional teams
• Act as the primary escalation point for programrelated issues and risks
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Present program status risks financials and business outcomes to executives

Delivery Management

• Ensure successful execution of projects within scope schedule budget and quality targets
• Drive resource planning dependency management and capacity forecasting
• Monitor project health delivery milestones and issue resolution
• Implement best practices in Agile Hybrid and Waterfall delivery methodologies

Financial Commercial Management

• Own program budgeting forecasting revenue tracking and margin management
• Monitor resource utilization cost optimization and profitability
• Support contract negotiations change requests renewals and business growth initiatives
• Drive operational excellence and financial governance across programs

Risk Governance

• Establish robust risk management and mitigation frameworks
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies quality standards and audit requirements
• Manage program dependencies and drive timely resolution of critical issues
• Conduct periodic reviews and continuous improvement initiatives

People Leadership

• Lead and mentor Project Managers PMOs and delivery teams
• Foster a highperformance culture focused on collaboration and accountability

• Support hiring onboarding and performance management activities
