Job summary

Manpower Group (USA) is seeking a Program Manager to join the Operations Department. The role focuses on driving daily program execution at the local manufacturing site to meet shipment, production, and operational targets.

You will monitor progress, support NPI and mass production transitions, and coordinate across Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to manage risks and ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in program management, manufacturing, operations, engineering, or supply chain roles.
• Experience in manufacturing, electronics, technology, or high-volume production environments.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Drive daily program execution at the local manufacturing site to meet shipment, production, and operational targets.
• Monitor program progress, production readiness, shipment requirements, and critical deliverables.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI), production ramp, transition from NPI to Mass Production (MP), and ongoing mass production activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources across Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and other teams to establish priorities and manage risks.
• Identify execution gaps and implement proactive actions to prevent disruptions to production or shipment commitments.
