Jobot in California is seeking a leader to own the full lifecycle of complex engineering programs, from planning through production delivery. You will coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and finance to meet scope, schedule, and budget.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of program management experience, a technical degree, strong communication, and a track record of on-time execution on demanding, mission-critical projects with high reliability.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience managing technical projects or programs in engineering/manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline preferred.
• Proven ability to manage projects from planning through production with scope, schedule and budget ownership.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full program lifecycle, from planning and kickoff through production transition and delivery, maintaining accountability for scope, schedule, budget, and risk.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and finance to align priorities and resolve dependencies.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, budgets, resource requirements, and forecasts to drive on-time execution.
• Monitor program performance, identify risks and variances, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage scope changes and communicate their impact on delivery and financial performance.
• Provide clear, timely updates to customers and internal stakeholders on status, priorities, risks, and decisions.
• Support proposals and estimating activities by coordinating technical inputs and developing schedules and cost assumptions.

Responsibilities

• Own the full program lifecycle, from planning and kickoff through production transition and delivery, maintaining accountability for scope, schedule, budget, and risk.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and finance to align priorities, resolve dependencies, and achieve program objectives.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, budgets, resource requirements, and financial forecasts to drive on-time execution.
• Monitor program performance, identify emerging risks and cost or schedule variances, and implement effective corrective actions.
• Manage scope changes and communicate their impact on delivery commitments, resources, and financial performance.
• Provide clear, timely updates to customers and internal stakeholders on program status, priorities, risks, and key decisions.
• Support proposals and estimating activities by coordinating technical inputs, assessing feasibility, and developing realistic schedules and cost assumptions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience managing technical projects or programs in an engineering, manufacturing, or comparable technical environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects from planning through production, with ownership of scope, schedule, budget, and risk.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and finance, or equivalent functions.
• Strong project planning skills, including milestone development, budgeting, forecasting, resource coordination, and performance tracking.
• Proven ability to identify project risks, investigate cost or schedule issues, and execute corrective actions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into clear updates and actionable decisions.
• Experience supporting proposals, cost estimating, continuous improvement initiatives, and transitions into production.
