Position Overview

We're looking for an experienced Program Manager to oversee multiple client projects, balance team resources, and ensure successful delivery of our CPQ and integration solutions. As Program Manager, you'll be the linchpin between our technical team, leadership, and clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to our high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Resource Management:

  • Manage multiple concurrent client implementations, balancing priorities and resources across projects
  • Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation
  • Allocate team member resources effectively, ensuring no one is spread too thin while meeting all client deadlines
  • Identify resource constraints or bottlenecks proactively and develop mitigation strategies
  • Track project progress, risks, and issues, providing regular updates to all stakeholders

Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients throughout implementation
  • Lead client-facing meetings, providing project updates and addressing concerns
  • Function as Client Success Manager for select accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical requirements
  • Manage client expectations and navigate scope changes effectively

Technical Oversight:

  • Understand the technical aspects of CPQ implementations and system integrations
  • Anticipate potential technical challenges and work proactively with the development team to address them
  • Facilitate communication between technical team members and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ensure all implementations follow best practices and meet quality standards
  • Support testing and validation processes to ensure solution quality

Team Leadership:

  • Work closely with our developers, solution architects, and other team members
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure project success
  • Facilitate internal team meetings and collaborative problem-solving sessions
  • Report project status and resource needs to company leadership
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of project methodologies and processes
Qualifications

Required:

  • 3+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably in a software implementation or consulting environment
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and technical concepts
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing resources across projects
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Ability to understand and anticipate technical challenges
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Comfort with remote work environment and virtual communication tools

Preferred:

  • Experience in the CPQ space or with sales/quoting automation systems
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, particularly HubSpot
  • Understanding of integration technologies and API-based solutions
  • Background in software development or technical implementation
  • PMP certification or other project management credentials
  • Experience in a client-facing technical role
Work Environment
  • Remote position with flexible work arrangements
  • Preference for applicants local to Sheboygan, WI; option to use in-person office space
  • Occasional travel may be required for client visits or company events (less than 5%)
  • Fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent projects
  • High level of virtual interaction with team members and clients
  • Collaborative team culture focused on client success and quality delivery

Compensation
