Program Manager.
Seattle, WA (Hybrid)

This is a strategic role that involves driving the successful translation of business requirements into technical capabilities and ensuring the seamless execution of complex technology transformations across various teams. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce, a strong ability to manage and lead cross-functional teams, and the ability to navigate complex challenges to deliver effective solutions on time and within scope.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Guide multiple teams to deliver on the client's scope of work. Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all parties.
  • Drive the requirements gathering process from business units, ensuring that all needs are translated into actionable technical requirements. Lead the creation of a detailed roadmap and ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Perform gap analysis between existing and desired technology stacks. Identify known differences and work closely with stakeholders to design and implement new capabilities to close gaps. Ensure comprehensive functional capabilities and data mappings are in place.
  • Act as a leader who thrives in situations where multiple teams are facing challenges. Transform "we can't " into "here's how we can " by identifying practical solutions and establishing clear paths to successful outcomes.
  • Oversee the end-to-end program lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Provide status updates to stakeholders, manage risks, and resolve issues proactively.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with both business and technical teams, ensuring ongoing collaboration and transparency. Act as the primary point of contact for program-related queries and concerns.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, continually evaluate and recommend improvements to processes, tools, and technologies used in the execution of the program.

Skills:

  • 8+ years of experience in program management, preferably in telecom or technology-focused industries.
  • Proven track record of leading complex cross-functional teams, ideally in a prepaid product management or Salesforce-related environment.
  • Strong experience in requirements gathering, gap analysis, solution design, and roadmap management.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce community cloud
  • Strong technical acumen and understanding of data mapping, system integration, and functional capabilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and resolve conflicts.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence diverse teams, driving alignment across different business units, technical teams, and vendors.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of simplifying complex technical issues for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong strategic thinker with a hands-on, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve high performance.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects in complex and evolving environments.
