The position entails effective management of the Arizona Travelers Information Website (AZ511) program, ensuring its seamless operation and provision of accurate, valuable information to the motoring public. Responsibilities include maintaining the AZ511 system's currency, overseeing event data entry, and facilitating advancements and updates to align features, functions, and technologies with evolving standards. Collaboration with diverse stakeholders, including governmental agencies, transportation departments, and vendors, is paramount to enhance program efficacy and relevance. Additionally, the role extends to serving as a Spillman Flex Application Administrator Assistant within the Transportation Systems Management and Operations Division (TSMO). This position provides crucial support to the system administrator, aiding in smooth operations and software optimization. Responsibilities encompass producing detailed audit reports and TSMO data analysis, conducting password resets, scheduling training sessions, and offering first-level technical support for Spillman Flex. Active involvement in system upgrades/updates and troubleshooting technology-related issues relevant to the TSMO Division is integral.
This position may offer the ability to work remotely, within Arizona, based upon the department's business needs and continual meeting of expected performance measures.
