Compulink Cable Assemblies of Florida, INC in Saint Petersburg, FL is seeking a senior Program Manager to coordinate and monitor the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of assigned company customers and programs.

Reporting to the VP/GM, you will lead cross‑functional teams, ensure adherence to master plans, and develop solutions to keep programs on time and within budget. ITAR/EAR compliance and rigorous DoD-style governance are required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related technical field.
  • 6 to 10+ years of project or program management experience within the aerospike, defiance or high-tech manufacturing industries.
  • Experience with complex multi-year programs involving Military Contractors or subcontract providers. Manufacturing experience preferred.

  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures within DoD environment
  • Strong computer skills with EXCEL and POWER POINT
  • Ability to communicate in a cross-functional production environment
  • Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
