Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage proposals, budgets, schedules, billings, and contracts.
  • Lead and oversee large federal and state IDIQ contracts.
  • Hire, train, and supervise staff.
  • Support geospatial, solutions, analytics, and remote sensing services, and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Focus on opportunities and build client relationships across the US.
  • Develop and conduct presentations to clients and other stakeholders.
  • Interface with sub-consultants and other business relationships associated with projects.

Qualifications:
BS/BA in applicable field. A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Extensive experience managing projects and clients related to remote sensing, GIS, database/web programming, and services, GIS application development.
  • Working knowledge of remote sensing technology, especially airborne mapping.
  • Experience managing projects for federal, state, local, and commercial clients.
  • Effective communication of production status with management.
  • Knowledge of technology and process improvements to drive automation and efficiency.
  • Problem resolution, task management, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to market services and present to internal and external clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a team environment.
  • Active secret clearance or ability to obtain one.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites or other Dewberry offices as needed.
