Job summary

Evolving Solution Services seeks a Program Manager to oversee a portfolio of customers and drive growth from existing accounts. You will cultivate trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders and ensure timely delivery aligned with customer objectives.

Responsibilities include cross-department collaboration on issues, supporting quotes and launches, and forecasting key metrics while maintaining compliance with quality policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Program Management within the production or manufacturing field.
• 5+ years of industry knowledge/experience (CNC Machining, Casting Processes, Engine).

• Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
