Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead the PMO for the U.S. Census Bureau Census Talent Acquisition and Management contract.

You will oversee cost, schedule, technical performance, staffing, quality, and contractual performance across multiple projects and programs. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
  • At least 15 years of program or project management experience supporting contracts of comparable size and complexity
  • At least 10 years of experience scoping, designing, executing, monitoring, and evaluating enterprise IT development programs or comparable PMO initiatives
  • Demonstrated experience managing multi-task contracts, subcontracts, diverse contract types, and multi-vendor federal delivery environments
  • Project Management Professional certification
  • Expertise in requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, risk management, schedule management, and financial reporting
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, customer engagement, team leadership, and collaboration skills
  • Experience managing geographically dispersed teams
  • U.S. Citizenship is required
  • Successfully complete a background check
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Government/Public Trust clearance, including required fingerprinting, when required
  • Sponsorship is not offered
