CSG Talent is seeking a Program Manager to lead the Project Management organization for a portfolio of complex, engineered-to-order robotic packaging systems in Pennsylvania. The role focuses on delivering projects from PO through SAT, ensuring scope, safety, quality, schedule, and budget targets while maintaining top-tier customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate has 7+ years in PM, 3+ years in leadership, and experience with PM methodologies, ERP systems, and PMP certification is preferred.

Its custom primary and secondary packaging solutions are engineered for ease of use, rapid start-up, worker safety, and food safety. The Program Manager is responsible for the leadership and performance of the Project Management organization. This role ensures the successful execution of the company's customer project portfolio from Purchase Order through Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), final customer acceptance, and project closeout. Working collaboratively across Sales, Engineering, Materials, Manufacturing, Service, and Finance, the Program Manager develops Project Managers, establishes organizational standards, and continuously improves project execution to deliver predictable business results and an exceptional customer experience.
A minimum of seven (7) years of progressive project management experience within custom capital equipment, industrial automation, or engineered-to-order manufacturing. A minimum of three (3) years of leadership experience managing Project Managers or comparable project delivery professionals. Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-million-dollar customer project portfolios. Experience implementing project management systems, performance metrics, standardized business processes, and operational improvements.
Strong leadership, coaching, organizational development, and change management skills. Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, cash flow awareness, and resource planning. Excellent communication, analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills, with the ability to influence and build alignment at every level of an organization.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related discipline; equivalent experience may be considered. Working knowledge of engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, commissioning, and financial management. Proficiency with ERP systems, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, and project management software. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
This position is based in Pennsylvania and includes regular time in a manufacturing-floor environment. The role requires regular standing and walking for much of the workday and the ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds. Travel of up to 25% is expected.
