Job summary

Capgemini seeks an accomplished Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex insurance technology programs in the New York area. You will coordinate across policy administration, claims, billing, enrollment and benefits platforms, driving modernization from Mainframe/AS400 to cloud-based architectures.

We require 10+ years in IT with at least 5 years in Program/Technical Program Management, plus domain experience in Supplemental Insurance or Group Benefits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT experience including 5+ years in Program/Technical Program Management.
• Strong experience in Supplemental Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, or Group Benefits.
• Experience with Majesco Policy Administration.
• Strong knowledge of Mainframe technologies including COBOL, CICS, DB2, and JCL.
• Experience with AS400 / IBM iSeries.
