Job summary

Kurt Manufacturing is seeking a Program Manager to direct and promote programs within designated customer bases, including large accounts. The role focuses on effective planning, service delivery, and achieving customer satisfaction through strong leadership and clear communication.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 5 years of contract manufacturing experience; a bachelor's in engineering and 10 years of related experience are preferred. Salary range listed.

Responsibilities

  • Manages program to ensure that implementation and prescribed activities are carried out in accordance with specified objectives.
  • Plans and develops methods and procedures for implementing program, directs and coordinates program activities, and exercises control over personnel responsible for specific functions or phases or program.
  • Proactively communicates with and seeks feedback from customers. Drives outstanding customer value and loyalty. Seeks to continuously improve customer satisfaction.
  • Reviews reports and records activities to ensure progress is being accomplished toward specified program objective and modifies or changes methodology as required to redirect activities and attain objectives.
  • Prepares program reports for superiors.
  • Controls expenditures in accordance with budget allocations.
  • Effectively communicates goals to the team and communicates with the wider organization when required.

Maximize communications, job planning and service delivery to achieve customer satisfaction goals.

Required

Hours

7am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday

Compensation

The anticipated starting salary range for this position is $93,641 to $124,855. The exact salary may be determined on a combination of factors including the candidate's knowledge, experience, skills, abilities, and education.
