Job summary

Monte Nido & Affiliates, LLC seeks a Program Manager to lead, coordinate, and improve eating disorder treatment programs within our Program Management & Coordination department. You will oversee program planning, workflows, budgets, and quality metrics while partnering closely with clinical and administrative teams.

Qualifications

  • PMP, CAPM, or other project/program management certification preferred.
  • Licensed clinical credential (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, RN) a plus but not required.
  • Training or certification in quality improvement or Lean/Six Sigma preferred.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare compliance standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead planning, implementation, and evaluation of eating disorder treatment programs.
  • Coordinate cross-functional clinical and administrative teams to meet program goals.
  • Monitor outcomes, quality metrics, and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage program budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Use data to drive continuous quality improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with clinical leadership on evidence-based practice integration.
  • Prepare reports and present program performance to leadership.
  • Support staff onboarding, training, and performance feedback.
  • Foster a culture of empathy, integrity, and clinical excellence.
  • Engage with clients and families to support a healing environment.
