Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Program Manager in Kettering, OH to act as the technical lead on high-value aerospace programmes. Program Manager
$105,000 – $120,000 + Bonus + 4 Weeks PTO + 401 (K) + Full Benefits + Career Progression
Kettering, OH (Commutable from Dayton, Centerville, Beavercreek, Springfield, Troy, Xenia, Middletown and surrounding areas.)
Are you an engineer with program management experience looking to become the technical lead within a growing aerospace manufacturer, where you'll work on complex projects with the ability to grow on a long-term basis?

You’ll become the most technically focused Program Manager within a close-knit team, taking ownership of high-value aerospace programmes from planning through to delivery. Working closely with engineering, manufacturing, quality and supply chain teams, you’ll play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction, production readiness and continuous improvement across the business, whilst building the skills needed to progress into senior leadership.
This role would suit an engineer with program management experience who is looking for technical progression, greater responsibility and the opportunity to work on cutting-edge aerospace programmes.
