Job summary

EVONA is seeking a Technical Program Manager to deliver advanced aerospace and opto-mechanical systems for government and space clients. You will lead projects from inception to completion, coordinating scope, schedule, budget, and client updates while partnering with multidisciplinary engineering teams.

This role is open to engineers transitioning into program management, particularly those from optical, opto-mechanical, or mechanical backgrounds with leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Optical, Electrical Engineering, or similar.
• 6+ years’ experience in aerospace or related engineering fields.
• Experience managing or leading technical projects or work packages.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects end-to-end, managing scope, schedule, budget, and client communication.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver advanced aerospace and opto-mechanical systems.
