Job Summary
This is a project management role supporting learning initiatives — not an instructional design position. The role supports two major enterprise-wide programs: a Digital Fluency / AI Literacy Program serving approximately 14,000 employees, and a Leadership Development & Upskilling Program serving approximately 2,000 leaders. Selected candidates will be assigned to one or more workstreams within these initiatives. While Learning & Development (L&D) experience is not required, it is highly preferred. Strong candidates may have experience in enterprise L&D, learning program/project management, workforce development, leadership development, digital transformation, or AI adoption or digital fluency initiatives. Relevant titles include Learning & Development Project Manager, Training Project Manager, or similar learning-focused PM roles. Utility industry experience is not required; candidates from any industry will be considered, particularly those from large organizations with experience implementing AI adoption initiatives, digital fluency programs, or enterprise learning programs. Candidates who combine project/program management, L&D experience, and facilitation skills are especially attractive and may support both coordination and facilitation efforts.
