Job Summary
This role is for a highly strategic and creative learning professional who designs and facilitates leadership development experiences, leverages visual storytelling and multimedia solutions to drive engagement, applies marketing principles to increase learning adoption, and partners across the business to build workforce capability.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership Instructional Design Expertise
- Strategic learning and leadership development design

Education Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
Required Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Strong background in instructional design and facilitation
- Understanding and practical application of AI
- Experience facilitating leadership development programs
- Experience with at least one e-learning authoring tool: Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Camtasia, or Adobe Captivate
Work Environment / Physical Requirements
- Remote position; candidate should be based in Southern California. If not based locally, must be willing to pick up required equipment.
