Job summary

EPS Global in Indianapolis is seeking a Program Manager to own production on key customer accounts from end to end. You will manage from supplier input to delivery, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and on-time shipping.

You will coordinate with supply chain, accounts, and finance to meet customer specifications, revisions, and reporting, while maintaining rigorous documentation and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in program, project, supply chain or account management, ideally in manufacturing, electronics or logistics.
• Experience managing suppliers and customers at the same time, including delays and escalations.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a disciplined approach to documentation.
• Experience with serialized inventory or other traceable, controlled processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the production end to end, as the single point of accountability for on-time, accurate delivery.
• Manage the supplier: forecasts, purchase orders, delivery schedules, delays, and dates.
• Be the customer's contact for progress, schedule changes, issues, and regular reporting.
• Turn customer demand and supplier deliveries into a clear schedule and daily priorities for the production team.
• Own accuracy and traceability: unit-level records from receipt through shipment, and quality checks that catch errors before anything ships.
• Keep work instructions and specs current, and lead root-cause and corrective action when something goes wrong.
• Work with Customer Service, Finance and Accounts team to keep the program running smoothly.

About the role

We're hiring a Program Manager to own production on of our key customer accounts from end to end. On this program we receive product from a supplier, provision, label and repackage it to customer specifications, and deliver. Accuracy and traceability are what the customer depends on most: every unit must be right, and every unit must be traceable from receipt to shipment.

You'll own the whole production program, working alongside the supply chain and accounts team, managing the customer requirements and revisions, schedule, and reporting. Operations, Customer Service and Finance will work closely with you.

What we're looking for

• 4–7 years in program, project, supply chain or account management, ideally in manufacturing, electronics or logistics.
• Experience managing suppliers and customers at the same time, including delays and escalations.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a disciplined approach to documentation.
• Experience with serialized inventory or other traceable, controlled processes.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with an ERP system.
• A strong sense of ownership: you follow things through without being chased.
• Based in or near Indianapolis, with occasional travel.

Nice to have: experience with networking hardware, ISO 9001 or a similar quality system, or a PMP or ASCM/APICS certification.
