Job summary

Daniels Health & Sharpsmart in Indianapolis is seeking a proactive Program Manager to lead customer accounts in healthcare settings. You will build relationships with clients, coordinate services, and drive KPI-focused outcomes across safety, sustainability, efficiency and compliance.

The role requires field presence, on-site education for clinical staff, audits of contract KPIs, and collaboration with operations, sales, logistics and finance to ensure successful implementations and renewals.

Qualifications

• Experience managing accounts, healthcare preferred.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Customer service mindset.
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.com.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute customer account strategies aligned with defined key business metrics, including client retention, revenue growth, cost savings and profitability.
• Partner with Account Managers and Field Service to ensure service meets requirements.
• Advocate for customers internally to ensure we are meeting our metrics to help them with their safety, sustainability, efficiency and compliance.
• On-site presence with activities such as educating clinical staff on safety, sustainability and compliance.
• Conduct routine audits related to KPI commitments.
• Perform consultative business reviews after analyzing metrics and goals.
• Hold ongoing customer meetings to communicate best practices and outcomes.
• Collaborate across operations, sales, logistics and finance to support customer needs.
• Assist with installs and implementations for new customers or expansions.

Job Responsibilities

• Supporting the development and execution of customer account strategies that align with defined key business metrics, including client retention, revenue growth, cost savings and profitability
• Partnering with the Account Managers and Field Service to ensure service meets requirements
• Becoming the customer's advocate internally to ensure we are meeting our metrics to help them with their safety, sustainability, efficiency and compliance
• You will be on site often doing the following:
• Educating clinical staff on our products and services related to safety, sustainability, efficiency and compliance
• Conducting routine audits related to our contract's KPI's
• Consultative business reviews after analyzing their metrics and goals
• On-going customer meetings to communicate best practices, business results and successes
• Internally collaborating and teaching different teams including operations, sales, logistics and finance
• Helping with any installs and implementations with new customers or any additions to current offerings
