Job summary

U.S. Defense Intelligence Agency is seeking a program manager to lead complex defense intelligence initiatives in Huntsville. You will communicate with senior leadership, justify budgets, and ensure timely delivery of milestones across cross-functional teams.

Candidates should have experience in program planning, cost analysis, earned value, and contracting oversight as a COR or COTR, with a drive to innovate and resolve conflicts across competing priorities in a dynamic mission environment.

• Ensures programs remain responsive when mission climate and requirements change by monitoring performance and feedback and developing creative solutions with no daily supervision.

3. Experience serving as a Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) or Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR), including oversight of contractor performance, deliverables validation, and coordination with contracting offices.
