Job summary

Recru in Houston, TX is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead a multi-year Lead-to-Cash transformation program, aligning business, technology, operations, and change management to modernize processes, enable AI capabilities, and deliver transformational outcomes.

The role partners with executive sponsors and functional leaders, drives integrated plans, manages interdependencies and risks, and guides delivery across onboarding, sales, contracting, billing, and customer care.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of progressive program management experience leading large-scale enterprise initiatives.
  • Experience managing complex programs with multiple concurrent workstreams, dependencies, and stakeholder groups.
  • Experience leading business and technology transformation initiatives in highly matrixed organizations.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Proven experience facilitating executive governance, steering committees, and leadership decision-making forums.
  • Expertise in program governance, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, dependency management, and portfolio oversight.
  • Strong organizational, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead planning, coordination, governance, and delivery oversight of a complex, multi-year transformation program.
  • Drive cross-functional execution across business, technology, operations, and change management workstreams.
  • Develop and maintain integrated program plans, roadmaps, milestones, and delivery schedules.
  • Manage interdependencies, resource coordination, critical-path activities, and delivery risks.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for program issues, risks, and resource constraints.
  • Partner with executive leaders and stakeholders to define priorities, objectives, and delivery strategies.
  • Coordinate initiatives spanning onboarding, sales, contracting, pricing, billing, customer care, renewals, and supporting operations.
  • Facilitate decision-making and issue resolution across cross-functional teams and leadership groups.
  • Establish and lead program governance forums, steering committees, and status review meetings.
  • Deliver concise updates to senior leadership on program health, milestones, risks, dependencies, budget performance, and strategic decisions.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project managers, scrum masters, business analysts, and delivery teams.
  • Drive operational excellence by identifying opportunities to improve execution processes, delivery effectiveness, and team collaboration.

Senior Program Manager will lead the planning, execution, and governance of a multi-year Lead-to-Cash transformation program. The role coordinates cross-functional workstreams across business, technology, operations, and change management to deliver process modernization, technology enablement, and AI-enabled capabilities. The manager partners with executive sponsors and functional leaders to ensure alignment and successful delivery of transformational outcomes.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience leading Lead-to-Cash, Order-to-Cash, Revenue Operations, Customer Experience, or enterprise transformation programs.

  • Experience supporting digital modernization, business process transformation, or customer journey improvement initiatives.

  • Knowledge of AI-enabled business transformation, automation, or agentic operating models.

  • Energy, utilities, retail energy, or customer-focused industry experience preferred.

  • Experience working in Agile, hybrid, and traditional delivery environments.

  • Familiarity with enterprise PMO, portfolio governance, and strategic planning practices.

  • PMP, Agile, SAFe, or equivalent certification preferred.
