Job summary

Danville-Services in Henderson, NV is seeking a full-time Program Manager to work with Direct Support Professionals in helping adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities achieve their own quality of life at home.

You will collaborate with DSPs, document daily activities, support social and life skills, and ensure a safe, clean, welcoming environment. A Nevada driver’s license with 3+ years of driving is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid Nevada driver’s license and at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Ability to drive personal and company vehicles.
• Willingness to pass a background investigation.
• Interest or experience in supporting adults with intellectual & developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in daily living.
• Collaborate with Direct Support Professionals to provide care and activities.
• Complete daily documentation and maintain records.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, welcoming home environment.
• Engage individuals in social, life skills, and recreational activities.

Our Program Managers work together with our Direct Support Professionals to help people find joy in living in their own homes. Requirements:

Pay:

$18.50 per hour
