An innovative space technology company at the forefront of lunar mobility and robotics is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support the delivery of a next‑generation lunar vehicle program. This is a unique opportunity to play a critical role in one of the most ambitious human space exploration initiatives of the decade, helping to develop and deliver advanced lunar surface systems designed to support future crewing missions.

Working within a fast‑paced and highly collaborative engineering environment, the successful candidate will support complex program execution across technical, operational, and customer‑facing activities while ensuring alignment with mission objectives, schedules, budgets, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the lead Program Manager in coordinating multiple workstreams critical to overall program delivery
  • Drive program milestone reviews, including planning, stakeholder coordination, review readiness, and action tracking
  • Maintain oversight of integrated program schedules, budgets, technical objectives, and milestone performance alongside engineering and product teams
  • Track and report key program performance indicators across technical and operational areas
  • Act as a key interface with external stakeholders and customers to communicate progress, risks, and deliverables
  • Support organisational scaling initiatives and contribute to team structure and resource planning
  • Continuously improve execution efficiency by refining internal processes, prioritisation, and program governance
  • Ensure safety considerations remain central to all program activities and decision‐making
  • Coordinate cross‑functional project activities and facilitate communication between technical teams and support departments
  • Lead internal meetings to align priorities, identify risks, and resolve blockers
  • Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and program data accessibility for stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures, quality standards, and operational policies
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
  • Extensive experience in program or project management within highly technical or engineering‑led environments
  • Demonstrated experience managing scope, schedule, budget, and program execution across complex projects
  • Background supporting spaceflight, aerospace, human‑rated systems, or other high‑reliability engineering programs
  • Strong leadership capability with experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to translate customer requirements and strategic objectives into clear program plans and deliverables
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
  • Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as MS Project and Jira
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively across multiple teams
  • Self‑driven mindset with the ability to deliver against critical deadlines in fast‑moving environments
  • Experience managing subcontractors and external partners within complex technical programs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
