Job summary

TechDigital Group seeks a senior data management delivery lead to own end-to-end delivery for SAP transformation programs, including the S/4HANA go-live in Aug 2027. This role requires leading cross-functional teams across LMV, SAP, BTP and infrastructure, with a strong client-facing presence.

You will chair delivery reviews, govern SOWs, manage escalation pipelines and ensure successful milestone gates through cutover and hypercare exit. Onsite/offshore teams of 10+ are common in this role.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in data management delivery, with SAP transformation experience.
• End-to-end delivery ownership for go-lives including scope, schedule, risk and dependencies.
• Strong client-facing presence and experience managing onsite/offshore teams.

Responsibilities

• Owns end-to-end delivery of the IDMC workstream for the S/4HANA go-live (Aug 2027): scope, schedule, risk, dependencies and escalations across LMV, SAP, BTP and infrastructure teams.
• Chairs weekly delivery review; represents HCL at monthly steering; owns the CR pipeline with declared schedule impact per change and the churn dashboard.
• Accountable for milestone gates M1-M9, cutover execution and hypercare exit; strong client-facing presence; experience managing onsite/offshore teams of 10+; SOW/commercial governance experience essential.
• Leads the gated transition from the incumbent (KT exit criteria, run book sign-off).
