As a global leader in avionics integration and aerospace solutions, we partner with airlines, OEMs, MROs, suppliers, and operators to provide exceptional service throughout every stage of the customer journey.

As we continue to expand, we're looking for a Customer Success Manager who is passionate about building relationships, solving complex challenges, and creating an outstanding customer experience. If you're someone who thrives on connecting customers, and enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, we'd love to have you on our team.

WHY WORK WITH US:
  • L2 Aviation is a leading provider of worldwide aviation services that include aircraft engineering, aircraft modifications, aircraft parts sales and brokerage, aircraft wiring harness manufacturing, avionics product manufacturing and avionics design and integration represented by a world class team utilizing the latest in state-of-the-art technologies with the support of a highly skilled and experienced workforce.
WHY YOU’LL LOVE WORKING HERE:
  • At L2 Aviation, you'll have the opportunity to lead complex aerospace programs from initial customer requirements through development, production launch, and ongoing support. You’ll work closely with customers, engineering, production, supply chain, quality, sales, and leadership to bring innovative aviation solutions to life while making a direct impact on customer satisfaction, operational performance, and business growth. Here’s what makes our environment unique:
  • Lead Programs That Matter:Take ownership of customer programs throughout their full life cycle, from initial requirements and development through prototype, production launch, and ongoing program support.
  • Make a Direct Impact:Your leadership directly influences on-time delivery, quality, profitability, customer satisfaction, and the successful execution of aerospace programs.
  • Collaborative Culture:Partner with Engineering, Production, Material Control, Procurement, Planning, Quality, Sales, Customers, and Executive Leadership to solve complex challenges and achieve shared objectives.
  • Drive Accountability:Influence outcomes and coordinate cross-functional teams to keep programs aligned, even without direct supervisory authority.
  • Professional Growth:Expand your program management, business, financial, and leadership capabilities within a growing global aerospace organization.
  • Innovation in Aviation:Help deliver innovative aircraft integration, electrical, and wire harness solutions that support the evolving needs of the aviation industry.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
  • The Program Manager serves as the primary point of contact for assigned wire harness programs and is responsible for managing programs throughout their complete life cycle—from initial customer requirements and program launch through engineering development, prototype builds, production launch, and ongoing program support. This role brings together customer needs, technical requirements, operational execution, financial performance, quality, and delivery to ensure programs are completed on time, within budget, at or above targeted margins, and in alignment with customer expectations. You will:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned programs, managing customer relationships and program activities throughout the complete program life cycle.
  • Partner with Sales, Engineering, and customers to understand and manage program scope, requirements, deliverables, timing, commercial commitments, and constraints.
  • Develop, maintain, and communicate comprehensive program plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, resources, material requirements, risks, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate activities across Engineering, Production, Material Control, Procurement, Planning, Quality, Sales, and other supporting departments to ensure program objectives and customer commitments remain aligned.
  • Monitor program performance, including schedule, cost, margin, quality, material availability, risks, open issues, and scope changes.
  • Proactively identify program concerns and coordinate mitigation, contingency, and recovery actions to maintain successful execution.
  • Monitor program financial performance, identify budget variances and margin risks, and coordinate opportunities to improve program profitability while maintaining quality and customer commitments.
  • Facilitate program meetings, customer reviews, design reviews, production readiness activities, and launch milestones.
  • Ensure program decisions, action items, responsibilities, and follow-up activities are clearly communicated and effectively executed.
  • Manage customer requirements, expectations, and program changes while ensuring impacts to scope, cost, schedule, quality, resources, materials, capacity, and margin are evaluated, communicated, documented, and appropriately approved.
  • Provide timely program status, performance metrics, risks, issues, and financial updates to customers, the Director of Development and Innovation, and other leadership.
  • Maintain accurate program documentation, records, schedules, and supporting information throughout the program life cycle.
  • Coordinate program closeout activities, including completion of deliverables, documentation and data archiving, lessons learned, and opportunities to improve future program execution.
  • Identify opportunities to improve program cost, quality, delivery, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen program execution, operational efficiency, and the customer experience.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by department management.
WHAT YOU BRING:
  • You’ll thrive in this role if you bring:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related technical or business field preferred; equivalent experience and/or relevant certification may be considered.
    • PMP or other recognized project/program management certification desired.
    • 5+ years of project, program, or manufacturing management experience preferred, with aerospace manufacturing, wire harnesses, electrical assemblies, or related industry experience strongly preferred.
    • Demonstrated experience managing programs through the complete life cycle, from initial customer requirements and development through prototype, production launch, and ongoing program support.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple complex programs simultaneously while balancing schedule, cost, margin, quality, and customer expectations.
    • Strong knowledge of program management principles, including scope, scheduling, budgeting, risk and change management, resource coordination, and performance measurement.
    • Strong financial and business acumen, with the ability to monitor program costs, budget performance, margin objectives, and opportunities to improve profitability.
    • Proven ability to coordinate activities, influence outcomes, and drive accountability across multiple departments without direct supervisory authority.
    • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with Engineering, Production, Material Control, Procurement, Planning, Quality, Sales, customers, and other internal and external stakeholders.
    • Strong customer relationship management skills, including the ability to interpret and manage customer requirements, negotiate expectations, resolve concerns, and maintain positive long-term relationships.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, risk management, and change management skills, with the ability to evaluate complex issues and coordinate practical mitigation, contingency, and recovery strategies.
    • Excellent planning, organization, prioritization, communication, negotiation, facilitation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with customers, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams.
    • Ability to work independently and effectively manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-sensitive environment while maintaining a strong commitment to quality, on-time delivery, cost control, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and program/project management software; experience with ERP/MRP systems strongly preferred.
    • Experience with aerospace customers, governing bodies, regulatory requirements, wire harness manufacturing, electrical systems, or transport-category aircraft strongly preferred.
